Module overview
This module is divided into five topics which give course participants an overview of the hazard and risk assessment of chemicals. The module covers five topics:

Topic 4: Ecotoxicity of Chemicals in the Environment
Topic 5: Environmental Risk Assessment of Chemicals
Each topic includes a short overview of the science, a mini lecture delivered by an expert in the field and links to key reading materials. A Meet the Presenters page provides a bit of background on the course contributors and their personal concerns around chemicals in the environment. A Thought starters page poses a series of questions related to the course material to help students reflect on and think about the course content.
